Programmers Infinite Health Cheat - Stargate (Genesis)

Game Title: Stargate

The Sega Genesis game Stargate had a planed invincibility cheat that is still partially present. Here is some text directly from the ROM, wrong spelling and all:

ROB HYLANDS SAY'S IF YOU
WANT TO CHEAT PUT 19 & 04
ON THE OPTIONS SCREEN,
BEFORE PLAYING THE GAME
THEN WHILST YOUR PLAYING
ENTER THE MISSION SCREEN
THEN HOLD DOWN A & C AND
PRESS START TO EXIT SCREEN
THIS WILL TOGGLE
ININCIBILITY MODE

As you can see by the above image, the Options Menu does not have anywhere to "put 19 & 04" (such as a Sound Test). But after changing about the only RAM address possible I notice that it grants you infinite health.

00=Easy
01=Medium
02=Hard
03="Inincibility Mode" [With a broken graphic]
