Cheat Mode - Captain Planet and the Planeteers (Genesis)

The Genesis game Captain Planet and the Planeteers has a hidden cheat mode on it's Title Screen.
Using the following Game Genie code, you can enable "Cheat" difficulty for at minimum, infinite health.
