The below formula spreadsheet is made for the following emulator ONLY:

Before the above converter can be of any use, you must first find a 'Conversion Key'.
To do this, first launch the emulator and run the included CodeBreaker disc...
Now your goal is to recreate the following code using Cheat Engine:
Main Menu Highlighting Modifier
301FFA34 00??
Launch Cheat Engine and select the process 'psxfin.exe'.
Change the scan type to Byte and use the image below for the values to scan for.
After only a couple scans, you will be left with only a few possible addresses.
The correct address will always end with the digit 4.
And the correct address should always be the last one...
Double click the address to add it to your Cheat Engine codelist.
After that double click the address so you can copy it using Ctrl+C.
Now, go back up to the spreadsheet and click the button that says 'Click to edit'.
In the very first yellow cell, paste in your Cheat Engine address you just found.
After doing that the formula is now complete.
Now, launch any other disc that you would like to hack with Cheat Engine.
After finding a code, paste it into the 2nd yellow square.
After you've filled in both of the yellow squares, the red one should output a proper GameShark type code.
The only thing it will be missing is it's code type number of 3,8,D etc.
If you found the address with Cheat Engine using the Byte Scan method, put a 3 in front of the code in the red cell. If you scanned for 2 bytes, add an 8 in front of the output code...
Notes:
Make sure you do NOT close out the emulator if you can help it!
If you do, your Conversion Key will possibly change.
Use 'Insert CD Image' and 'reset' commands to change disc's, instead of closing and re-launching the emulator.
